Apartment Make-Ready / Maintenance Technician

Location: Casa Grande, AZ
Pay: Competitive — based on experience
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week

Certified Apartment Staffing is looking for a dependable Make-Ready/Maintenance Technician to join our team in Casa Grande! We’re seeking someone experienced, motivated, and ready to jump in and help keep apartment communities running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Complete apartment make-readies (painting, cleaning, repairs, touch-ups)
Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs
Assist with work orders and preventative maintenance
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Communicate effectively with property management and residents

Requirements:

Previous apartment maintenance or make-ready experience
Basic tools and reliable transportation
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Must be dependable and ready to start right away
