Project Management & Development
- Manage and follow up on new store development, tenant improvement, remodel, and renovation projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, landlords, property managers, and city/AHJ representatives.
- Track project schedules, budgets, permits, inspections, submittals, and approvals.
- Review project progress and identify potential delays or issues before they become major problems.
- Coordinate contractors and vendors from initial scope through project completion.
- Conduct site visits and provide regular project status updates.
- Maintain project documentation, proposals, contracts, schedules, photos, and closeout documents.
- Help identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality and schedule.
Store Maintenance & Facilities
- Manage and follow up on maintenance issues across multiple retail locations.
- Coordinate service calls for HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical, equipment, roofing, doors, flooring, signage, and other building-related issues.
- Communicate with store managers to understand and prioritize maintenance needs.
- Obtain and compare vendor quotes and coordinate work orders.
- Follow up with vendors to ensure repairs are completed properly and on time.
- Maintain a tracking system for open maintenance requests and ensure issues are not overlooked.
- Help establish preventive maintenance schedules for stores and major equipment.
- Respond quickly to urgent operational issues that may affect store operations.
Communication & Administration
- Serve as the primary point of contact between management, stores, contractors, vendors, landlords, and project consultants.
- Provide clear and timely updates on project and maintenance status.
- Maintain organized records of projects, maintenance requests, invoices, warranties, and vendor information.
- Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Travel to stores and project sites as needed.
