Sentry Force Security is expanding throughout Hampton Roads and is seeking professional Armed Security Officers to join our growing team. We have opportunities available at a variety of client locations, including transportation-related facilities, public service operations, community properties, office complexes, and other high-profile assignments.
Whether you're looking for full-time, part-time, weekdays, evenings, or overnight shifts, we have positions that fit your availability.
Responsibilities
- Provide a professional and visible security presence.
- Patrol assigned properties by foot or vehicle.
- Control access to facilities and verify authorized entry.
- Monitor activity and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
- Prepare accurate daily activity and incident reports.
- Enforce client policies and procedures.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Qualifications
- Active Virginia DCJS Armed Security Officer Registration.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver's license and dependable transportation preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Must successfully pass a background investigation and drug screening.
