Are you experienced in apartment maintenance and looking for your next opportunity? We are seeking a reliable, hardworking Assistant Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. If you have hands-on maintenance experience, enjoy troubleshooting issues, and take pride in keeping communities well-maintained, we'd love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Complete resident service requests and work orders in a timely manner
• Perform general property maintenance and repairs
• Conduct basic plumbing repairs
• Troubleshoot and assist with electrical repairs
• Diagnose and repair appliances
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, and general upkeep tasks
• Assist with apartment make-readies and unit turns
• Help maintain the overall appearance and functionality of the property
• Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

• Previous apartment maintenance experience required
• Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and carpentry
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Must have reliable transportation
• Own tools required
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Must be able to walk properties, climb stairs, bend, stoop, and work both indoors and outdoors
