Cranberry Place, a vibrant senior living community in Cranberry Township, PA, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team. We are excited to announce that Cranberry Place is now managed by the Oakdale Seniors Alliance, a leader in senior care and services.
As a Maintenance Manager at Cranberry Place, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of our residents by overseeing all maintenance operations. We are looking for a hands-on individual with a passion for creating a welcoming and maintained environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all maintenance and repair requests
- Oversee preventative maintenance programs
- Supervise and mentor maintenance staff
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a senior living setting
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- HVAC and plumbing knowledge is a plus
