Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the maintenance department.
- Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel to improve technical capability, performance, and accountability.
- Drive labor utilization, maintenance execution, and overall department effectiveness.
- Prioritize maintenance activities and provide technical support for equipment troubleshooting and repair.
- Maintain a visible, hands-on presence on the production floor, providing leadership and guidance to the maintenance team.
- Foster a culture of safety, reliability, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
- Partner with Operations and other departments to maximize equipment uptime and minimize downtime.
- Support preventive and predictive maintenance initiatives to improve equipment reliability.

Qualifications:
\n

- 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in an industrial manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related technical field preferred.
- Proven ability to lead, coach, mentor, and develop maintenance teams.
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to hold employees accountable while fostering engagement and professional growth.
- Experience with rotating equipment, centrifugal pumps, fans, vacuum pumps, bearings, and other industrial mechanical systems.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
