Role Description
\n
-Install, configure and maintain CCTV systems, NVRs/DVRs, IP cameras, and related hardware.
\n
-Install and service Access Control systems, including card readers, door hardware, and controllers.
\n
-Run, terminate, and test low-voltage cabling
\n
-Diagnose and resolve system issues, both onsite and remotely
\n
-Perform system upgrades, replacements, and integrations
\n
-Complete job documentation, including site photos, wiring diagrams, and service notes.
\n
-Communicate professionally with clients and project managers
\n
-Ensure all work meets industry standards, safety requirements, and project specifications.
\n
Qualifications
\n
-3+ years of hands-on experience with CCTV and Access control systems.
\n
-Strong knowledge of IP networking, POE, switches and basic network configuration.
\n
-Experience with common platforms (e.g., Hikvision, Dahua, Axis, Avigilon, Brivo, Doorking, etc.
\n
-Ability to read wiring diagrams, floor plans, and technical documentation
\n
-Proficiency with tools and equipment used in low-voltage installations
\n
-Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders
\n
-Reliable Vehicle, hand tools & ladder
\n
-Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
\n

-1099 Contractor

-Flexible scheduling; project based assignments
\n
-Potential commissions involving supporting on-site evaluations after 60-day introductory period
\n
-Pay Range: $35.00/Hour
