Work with pre-qualified buyer leads and appointment opportunities, conduct property showings, guide clients through the home-buying process, negotiate offers, and turn qualified opportunities into successful closings.
You’ll have access to proven sales systems, CRM technology, training, coaching, and team support designed to help you increase production, build your pipeline, and maximize your earning potential.

Compensation:
$75,000 – $150,000+ annually commission-based
Responsibilities: What You’ll Do
- Meet with motivated homebuyers and guide them through the home-buying process
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
- Follow up consistently to nurture qualified buyer leads and convert opportunities into closings
- Manage your pipeline, follow-up, and appointments using our CRM and proven sales systems
- Host open houses and convert prospective buyers into clients
- Attend weekly sales meetings, training, and coaching sessions
Qualifications:
- Active Maryland Real Estate License required
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Full-time availability with a strong work ethic
- Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and real estate technology
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, coachable, and eager to grow
- Previous real estate sales experience preferred
