Career Strategies is currently seeking skilled Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to join our team for a temp-to-hire opportunity, offering weekly pay.
Position Overview:
* Make Readies / Apartment Turns
* Plumbing
* Electrical
* Drywall
* Painting
* Appliances
* Technician should be courteous to residents and provide realistic expectations for completed service requests/work orders

*Manage maintenance team and ordering
Requirements:
* Maintenance Experience in Residential, Apartments, Hotels or Private Homes
* Knowledge of ALL aspects of maintenance repair, drywall repair plumbing, electrical, and all appliance care
*HVAC Certified is Required
* Must have personal hand tools and drill - bring to site daily; do not leave at property
* Must have reliable transportation
* Ability to communicate well
* High attention to detail
* Clear communication and ability to follow directions
* Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
