The Porter supports the cleanliness, organization, and smooth day-to-day operation of a facility by maintaining common areas, assisting with basic service needs, and helping create a welcoming environment for guests, employees, and visitors.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain lobbies, hallways, restrooms, entrances, and other common areas.
- Collect and dispose of trash and recycling according to established procedures.
- Restock restrooms and shared spaces with necessary supplies.
- Monitor assigned areas and promptly address spills, hazards, and maintenance concerns.
- Assist with moving supplies, equipment, furniture, and other materials as needed.
- Support daily facility operations by completing routine porter and custodial tasks.
- Provide courteous assistance to guests, employees, and visitors.
