Maintenance Tech Compensation
- Pay rate: $22.50
- Work Schedule: 8pm-8am, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
Maintenance Tech Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, optimize, changeover/troubleshoot, and maintain departmental production equipment.
- Meet/exceed production standards while maintaining product quality.
- Minimize/prevent equipment downtime and manage budgeted waste levels.
- Repair and maintain equipment logs, recording downtime and maintenance problems.
- Perform preventative maintenance as specified in the plant's PM program.
- Start up equipment and ensure proper functioning while monitoring component inventories.
- Document all required Q.C. checks and address in-process quality issues.
Maintenance Tech QUALIFICATIONS:
Critical Information
- Work Schedule: 8pm-8am, 3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off.
- Training on day shift for a minimum of six weeks before transitioning to night shift.
- Candidates must be able to work overtime when requested due to business needs.
Education/Licenses Needed
- Minimum of two years work experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of basic pneumatics, electrical, electronic, and hydraulics.
