Job Description
This job position will support new acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio strategy while reporting to and collaborating closely with the Head of Acquisitions. It will also lead underwriting responsibilities, provide research and modeling support, contribute to investment committee presentations, and own investor presentations.

Responsibilities

<li>Build and maintain financial models for real estate investments.</li>
<li>Lead deal underwriting for new acquisitions.</li>
<li>Perform cash flow analysis and investment valuation.</li>
<li>Conduct due diligence to support transaction evaluation.</li>
<li>Provide research and modeling support for investment activities.</li>
<li>Support asset management and portfolio strategy initiatives.</li>
<li>Prepare portfolio reporting and investor presentations.</li>
<li>Contribute to investment committee presentations.</li>
