\nAs an Apartment Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for handling service requests and maintaining the community s overall functionality under the direction of the maintenance supervisor or property manager.\n
\n
\nPrimary Responsibilities Include:\n
\n
\nComplete service tickets and work orders efficiently and accurately\n
\n
\nPrepare vacant apartments for new residents by managing the turnover process\n
\n
\nKeep grounds and common areas clean and free of debris\n
\n
\nDeliver exceptional customer service to residents\n
\n
\nPerform electrical, plumbing, appliance, and carpentry repairs, including:\n
\n

\n
• Repairing electrical circuits, switches, and breakers

\n

• Servicing and installing light fixtures and appliances (stoves, refrigerators, washers, dryers)

\n

• Fixing and replacing toilets, sinks, vanities, disposals, and caulking

\n

• Handling minor carpentry repairs, including doors, window screens, and blinds

\n

• Painting and drywall repair as needed

\n

• Removing bulk trash, including discarded appliances

\n

• Clearing drains and sewer lines (up to 4')

\nRequirements:\n
\n
\nMust be fluent in both English and Spanish \n
\n
\nBasic knowledge of maintenance repair and service across multiple areas\n
\n
\nPrevious apartment maintenance experience preferred\n
\n
\nHVAC Certification is a plus\n
\n
\nCapable of lifting up to 40 pounds and safely using ladders\n
\n
\nStrong verbal and written communication skills\n
\n
\nAbility to work weekends as required\n
\n
