Job DescriptionMaintenance Technician

- $23.00 – $39.00 per hour (DOE)
- Temp-to-Hire
- 2nd Shift 2:30pm - 11PM
We are currently hiring Maintenance Technicians with strong PLC and electrical experience to support a growing manufacturing operation. This role is responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining production equipment to ensure maximum uptime and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, PLCs, and automated equipment
- Perform mechanical and electrical maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime
- Maintain and repair machinery including motors, conveyors, pneumatic systems, and production equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Assist with equipment upgrades, process improvements, and changeovers
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
- Document maintenance work and repairs in maintenance systems
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Support team members and assist with training as needed
Requirements
- PLC troubleshooting experience required
- Strong electrical troubleshooting and repair experience required
- 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience with industrial equipment such as conveyors, motors, and pneumatic systems
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
