About the Role FuzeHr is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Janitorial Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, has a strong work ethic, and is committed to providing a clean and sanitary facility for employees, customers, and visitors.Key Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize offices, restrooms, breakrooms, locker rooms, and common areas.
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors and surfaces.
- Empty trash and recycling containers and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock restroom and breakroom supplies, including paper products, soap, and sanitizer.
- Clean windows, mirrors, doors, and other glass surfaces.
- Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, buffers, and other janitorial equipment.
- Follow established cleaning schedules and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
- Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety hazards to management.
- Maintain janitorial equipment and cleaning supplies in an organized manner.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Perform additional cleaning and facility support duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous janitorial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, reach, walk, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
