Job Description**Maintenance Supervisor (Facilities) – Direct Hire (Onsite | Wheatland, PA)** We’re hiring a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead day-to-day plant/facilities maintenance and keep building systems and equipment operating safely and reliably. **What you’ll do** - Plan/schedule preventive & corrective maintenance; manage work orders and maintenance logs - Lead and support maintenance technicians; help train and coach the team - Troubleshoot/repair facility and equipment systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical, structural, hydraulic) - Coordinate contractors for larger repairs/renovations; review quotes and track timelines/costs - Maintain spare parts/materials inventory and support shutdown planning to minimize downtime - Enforce safety standards and compliance (OSHA/LOTO); promote safe work practices **What we’re looking for** - 7+ years of manufacturing maintenance experience - Strong knowledge of facility/building systems and production equipment -Solid communication skills and basic computer proficiency -Safety/OSHA knowledge; ability to work with shop/office teams professionally. ???????#M-1 #LI-ON-1 Ref: #282-Eng Pgh
