We are currently seeking a dependable and reliable Maintenance Technician with a professional attitude to join our team. This role involves completing work orders, performing both routine and emergency maintenance, and ensuring the property's common areas and facilities are well-maintained and safe. The ideal candidate works independently and as part of the maintenance team, handles scheduled and seasonal projects, and coordinates with outside contractors as needed. Must

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders accurately and on schedule
• Inspect property and common areas daily to identify repairs and hazards
• Manage trash compactor and remove trash to curbside by 7:00 am
• Reset and clean pool deck each morning
• Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
• Coordinate maintenance projects with vendors and outside contractors
• Sanitize public restrooms daily
• Maintain professional and respectful interactions with residents and tenants
• Collaborate effectively with the maintenance team and demonstrate a proactive attitude
• Ensure safety compliance throughout all maintenance activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in property maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance practices
• Proficiency with standard hand tools and maintenance equipment
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Physical stamina to work outdoors in heat for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
• Commitment to safety compliance
