We’re looking for a hands-on, reliable Assistant Maintenance Technician to help maintain a residential/commercial property in Arlington, TX. You’ll work closely with the Lead Maintenance Technician or Property Manager to keep the property in great condition and respond to service requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with general repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances)
- Complete work orders and unit turnovers
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance
- Help maintain clean and safe common areas
- Respond quickly to maintenance emergencies
- Work with vendors and follow safety procedures
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of building systems and tools
- Prior maintenance or handyman experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work on ladders or outdoors
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Must be dependable and a team player
