Starting Pay: $85,000

This role is ideal for a technically strong leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and takes pride in equipment reliability and team development. You’ll play a key role in driving uptime, safety, and continuous improvement across the facility.Responsibilities and Duties – Your Day-to-Day
- Lead, schedule, and support a team of maintenance technicians and electricians to meet production demands
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electromechanical equipment to minimize downtime
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs and documentation
- Enforce safety standards, including lockout/tagout and OSHA compliance
- Partner with production and engineering to support operational goals
What You Bring – Skills that Make a Difference
- 10+ years of hands-on electromechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment, including PLC-controlled equipment
- 5+ years of proven leadership experience supervising and developing maintenance team
- Strong working knowledge of industrial electrical systems, mechanical systems, automation, hydraulics, and pneumatics
- Demonstrated experience leading preventive maintenance programs and working within CMMS platforms
- Solid understanding of safety standards, OSHA compliance, and lockout/tagout procedures
- Experience in food manufacturing, packaging, or high-speed production environments a plus
- Technical degree, trade school certification, or equivalent military/industrial training (Preferred)
- Bilingual English/Spanish (Preferred)
