Key Responsibilities:
- Performing routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and repairing minor electrical and plumbing issues
- Conducting preventative maintenance on hotel equipment and systems
- Responding promptly to guest requests for room repairs
- Assisting with ongoing hotel improvement projects
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in maintenance or a related field preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
