We're looking for an experienced Apartment Make Ready Technician to join our team immediately!
 MUST HAVE APARTMENT MAKE READY EXPERIENCE 
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Complete apartment turns from move-out to move-in</li>
<li>Interior painting, drywall repairs, and touch-ups</li>
<li>Light plumbing and electrical repairs</li>
<li>Install and repair fixtures, blinds, doors, and hardware</li>
<li>Appliance installation and minor repairs</li>
<li>Complete punch lists efficiently</li>
<li>Ensure every apartment is move-in ready</li>
</ul>
Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Previous apartment make ready experience is REQUIRED</li>
<li>Experience with painting, sheetrock, and general maintenance</li>
<li>Must have reliable transportation</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and efficiently</li>
<li>Own basic hand tools preferred</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance</li>
</ul>
