Maintenance Technician Oakmont Campus

Oakmont, PA – Full-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; M-F; 7:00am-3:30pm

Starting Pay: $22.00/hour - $24.00/hour; Depending on experience

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for skilled preventative and routine building and property maintenance. This role is also responsible for conducting inspections, responding to maintenance calls, including emergencies, during on-call shifts.

Requirements for the Maintenance Technician:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Have an associate’s degree or equivalent from an accredited school in one of the following: Plumbing/Fitting, HVAC, Electricity, Welding/Fabricating or Carpentry and two years of related experience OR 5 years of related work experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Possess a valid Driver’s License.
  • Possess excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Be able to effectively interact with all visitors, residents, and staff.
  • Have mid-level computer skills, including knowledge of email, web browsing, Excel, and the ability to use a work order system.
