Leasing & Rent Collection Administrator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Leasing & Rent Collection Administrator to support our property management operations. This role is responsible for tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, and general administrative support.
Responsibilities:

Manage tenant communications and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.

Prepare, review, and maintain lease agreements and renewals.

Oversee timely rent collection and follow up on overdue accounts.

Assist tenants with payment and lease-related questions.

Provide administrative support, including scheduling and reporting.

Act as a liaison between residents and ownership.
Qualifications:

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work independently.

Bilingual English/Spanish (required).

1–2 years of experience in leasing, rent collection, or property management.
