Leasing & Rent Collection Administrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented Leasing & Rent Collection Administrator to support our property management operations. This role is responsible for tenant relations, lease administration, rent collection, and general administrative support.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage tenant communications and coordinate move-ins/move-outs.

  • Prepare, review, and maintain lease agreements and renewals.

  • Oversee timely rent collection and follow up on overdue accounts.

  • Assist tenants with payment and lease-related questions.

  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling and reporting.

  • Act as a liaison between residents and ownership.

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Ability to multitask and work independently.

  • Bilingual English/Spanish (required).

  • 1–2 years of experience in leasing, rent collection, or property management.
