We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to oversee the operation, maintenance, security, and presentation of a luxury lakefront estate. The property includes multiple amenities such as indoor & outdoor swimming pools, hot tubs, elevators, extensive landscaping, private docks, two wave-runners, two boats, and sophisticated mechanical systems.
The manager will ensure the property remains in pristine condition year-round while coordinating all maintenance, vendors, repairs, seasonal projects, and guest readiness.
