We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to oversee the operations and management of both residential and commercial properties in Lemoore, California. Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of residential and commercial properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with regulations.
• Handle tenant relations, including lease agreements, rent collection, and addressing concerns promptly.
• Develop and implement budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial objectives are achieved.
• Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working with vendors and contractors as needed.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address potential issues.
• Oversee marketing and leasing efforts to maintain high occupancy rates.
• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and other relevant housing standards.
• Maintain accurate records of property operations, including financial reports and tenant information.
• Resolve any disputes or challenges related to property management in a courteous and effective manner.
• Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on property performance.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in property management, including both residential and commercial properties.
• Strong knowledge of HUD regulations and housing compliance standards.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, financial reports, and property operations effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive tenant relationships.
• Familiarity with property management software and tools.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other service providers.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving property-related issues.
