Compensation:
$150,000+ at plan commissions
Responsibilities:
- Learn and apply Keller Williams models and systems for success
- Build relationships with clients through communication and follow-up
- Attend team meetings, training sessions, and coaching calls
- Prospect for new clients through networking, referrals, and outreach
- Assist clients through each step of the buying or selling process
- Manage CRM data and maintain consistent contact with prospects
- Conduct open houses and property showings with professionalism
- Prospect daily to build relationships with buyers and sellers
- Host open houses and assist with lead generation activities
- Follow up with clients using proven systems and the team CRM
- Show homes and guide clients through the home buying and selling process
- Participate in coaching, training, and accountability meetings to develop your business
Qualifications:
- Must have or be actively pursuing a California real estate license
- Real estate license required in order to work with clients and earn commissions
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the real estate industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a high level of personal accountability
- Positive attitude with a willingness to follow proven systems
- Ability to work independently and within a collaborative team
- Detail-oriented and organized with effective time management
- Professional appearance and commitment to customer service
