Career Strategies, Inc. is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join an apartment community in Titusville, FL. This is a great opportunity for an experienced maintenance professional looking for a stable position with a consistent Monday–Friday schedule and no weekend or on-call responsibilities while on temp status.

Position Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair appliances to ensure proper functionality and resident satisfaction.
Complete maintenance requests and work orders efficiently and on schedule.
Help maintain the appearance, safety, and functionality of the apartment community.
Work closely with property management and other team members to address maintenance needs.
Troubleshoot maintenance issues and provide effective solutions.

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of hands-on general maintenance experience.
Experience with plumbing, electrical, drywall, painting, and appliance repairs.
Must have your own basic set of hand tools.
Reliable transportation to and from the property.
Ability to work independently and follow a Monday–Friday schedule.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
HVAC certification is a plus.
Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
