Job Description
We are seeking Armed Security Officers for STANDING position. The standing armed security officer will act as a presence inside the facility during business hours and be prepared to provide immediate assistance and/or de-escalation. The security agent will also notify local law enforcement should a response be necessary.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Provide a visible armed presence to deter threats .</li>
<li>Remain alert to potential risks and respond appropriately to incidents.</li>
<li>Maintain professional communication with store staff and customers</li>
<li>Report all incidents to Site Supervisor.</li>
<li>Follow all company policies, safety standards, and state regulations.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Minimum age: 21 years</li>
<li>Must have valid St. Louis Armed Security License.</li>
<li>Must posses a fire arm.</li>
<li>Must have reliable means of transportation.</li>
<li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li>
<li>Prior armed security, law enforcement, or military experience preferred.</li>
<li>Excellent situational awareness and communication skills.</li>
<li>Must pass background check and drug screening.</li>
<li>Ability to work evenings and weekends.</li>
</ul>
Compensation &amp; Schedule
<ul>
<li>$18.50 hourly wage</li>
<li>Schedule includes evenings and weekends</li>
<li>Paid training.</li>
<li>Uniforms provided.</li>
