We're seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for a co-packing manufacturer that supports food products with cup filling, carton boxes and thermoforming operations.
This is a direct hire opportunity on the third shift, 10PM - 6AM, in Bartlett.
- Hands-on maintenance supervisor leading mechanics in a production environment.
- Responsible for scheduling, delegation, overtime, attendance, coaching and performance.
- Strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting and ability to step in as a mechanic when needed.
- Owns PMs, work orders, CMMS/ManagerPlus, parts inventory and maintenance data.
- Must partner closely with Production, drive RCA/corrective actions, and prioritize permanent repairs.
- Food manufacturing/GMP/SQF/HACCP experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 2+ years production maintenance experience with some lead/supervisory experience.
