Property Manager Onsite-Full Time Position (Las Cruces)

Seeking a reliable, hands-on On site Property to oversee daily operations of a Residential/Commercial property. This role is responsible for renting apartments , maintaining occupancy (Tenant retention), Supporting tenants, coordinating maintenance, and ensuring the property is well maintained and financially performing. Responsibilities: Manage leasing, renewals, tenant screening, rent collection/Respond to tenant request and resolve issues promptly/coordinate maintenance and repairs with vendors/ Enforce lease Terms and property-rules/ Track income, expenses and maintain records/ Ensure compliance with housing laws and regs/ Handle day to day operations/ knowledge of rental software a plus (Yardi/ Tenant Cloud...)

Qualifications: 2-3 years property management or related experience preferred/Strong, Communication, customer service/ organized.

Basic Knowledge of leases/Landlord tenant rules/ ability to work independently/ proficient, computer skills. Bilingual Preferred

Compensation: Salary $35,000 DOE/ Benefits and Bonuses negotiable

**This is full Time, On- Site position requiring regular presence at property and after- hours availability.
