Armed Security Officers – Act 235 Required - $25.00 per hour - Multiple Positions

Location: Wynnewood, PA
Pay: $25.00 per hour
Coverage is needed:
Monday to Friday - 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM
Monday to Friday - 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM
Saturday and Sunday - 8:30 AM to 1:00 PM

Training, Support, & Growth
- Specific training (de-escalation, adolescent interaction, threat detection)
- Direct mentorship from experienced supervisors
- Support with clearances and compliance requirements
The Mission
Serve as a trusted safety partner in a faith-based environment, maintaining a safe, calm, and violence-free campus while building credibility with visitors, staff, and administrators. Strong officers project confidence without fear, de-escalate conflict early, stay composed under pressure, and respond decisively when required.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a professional presence and conduct proactive campus patrols
- Use calm verbal de-escalation to manage conflicts and disruptions
- Act as a capable first responder during emergencies
- Build professional relationships while maintaining clear boundaries
- Write clear, factual incident reports and support operational excellence
Requirements
- Minimum five years of armed security experience, which includes military, law enforcement, or school security
- PA Act 235 Certification and PA Concealed Carry Permit
- Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and professional demeanor
- No disqualifying criminal history
Preferred
- Law enforcement and/or military experience
- CPR/First Aid/AED
