Warehouse Maintenance Technician – Bilingual Required
Salary: $45,000–$52,000 per year
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Language Requirement: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish
Position Summary
We are seeking a dependable and experienced Warehouse Maintenance Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair warehouse equipment, machinery, and facility systems. This position plays an important role in keeping daily warehouse operations running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on warehouse equipment and machinery
- Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Inspect equipment and identify potential maintenance or safety concerns
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled equipment checks
- Maintain and repair conveyor systems, dock equipment, doors, lighting, and other warehouse systems
- Assist with forklift and material-handling equipment maintenance as needed
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and maintenance requests
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized maintenance area
- Follow all OSHA, company, and warehouse safety procedures
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and document completed repairs
- Work with outside vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required
- Communicate equipment issues and repair needs to management
- Perform additional maintenance duties as assigned
Requirements
- MUST BE BILINGUAL – ENGLISH & SPANISH
- Previous warehouse, industrial, or maintenance experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems
- Ability to troubleshoot and identify equipment problems
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Must be reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious
- Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work on equipment as needed
Compensation
$45,000–$52,000 PER YEAR
FULL-TIME | MONDAY–FRIDAY | DAY SHIFT
BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH REQUIRED
