Leasing Specialist

The leasing specialist is the primary point of contact for residents and future tenants.

Responsibilities:

-Leasing Specialists will tour, qualify and sell the property’s features to future residents

-Complete tenant move-ins and move-outs in compliance with all company procedures

-Meet with prospective residents, identify their housing needs, and interview them to determine eligibility based on established criteria

-Maintain lease records and files

-Complete all other tasks as assigned by Resident Managers

Requirements:

-Great time management and communication skills

-Knowledge of relevant computer software is a plus (Yardi, Realpage, OneSite)

-Flexible work schedule (Weekends are a must)

-Professional attitude and presentation
