Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and/or commercial spaces including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Clean and disinfect bathrooms, kitchens, and high-touch surfaces to maintain hygiene standards
- Remove trash and replace liners throughout assigned properties
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and client satisfaction before leaving a site
- Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site
- Follow safe handling procedures for cleaning chemicals and equipment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality results
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be able to pass a background check
