We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Specialized Cleaner to join our team. In this role, you will handle high-end window cleaning, power washing, and gutter maintenance for residential and commercial properties. The Specialized Cleaner plays a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across residential and commercial environments. This position requires proficiency in surface cleaning, equipment handling, and quality control, ensuring that all areas meet established standards. The role operates under a mix of independent, supervised, and team-based settings, utilizing specialized cleaning equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough surface cleaning in residential and commercial spaces
- Handle specialized cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure cleaning standards are met
- Clean interior and exterior windows, glass doors, mirrors, and skylights using traditional squeegees, scrubbers, and water-fed pole system technology. Streak-free results are required.
- Operate commercial-grade pressure washers to clean driveways, walkways, siding, decks, patios, and fences without damaging property surfaces.
- Safely clean out debris from gutters and downspouts, flush lines to ensure proper water flow, and inspect system integrity.
- Communicate professionally with property owners to explain service details, address concerns, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain, clean, and properly store all company tools, power equipment, ladders, and service vehicles.
- Strictly follow standard safety protocols, including proper ladder setup, fall protection techniques, and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift 50 lbs, stand for long shifts, and feel totally fine with heights and ladders
- Valid driver's license with a reliable transportation record to navigate to various job sites.
- Strong attention to detail, punctuality, and the ability to work independently or with a crew.
- Any experience in pressure washing, windows, roofing, or general cleaning is a big plus (1+ years is awesome, but we're happy to train the right person!)
