Help us keep our stores running smoothly as a Facilities Assistant at Hampton Coffee Company! Are you hands-on, reliable, and ready to work behind the scenes to keep our cafés running at their best? As a Facilities Assistant, you'll work closely with the Facilities Director to maintain the condition and functionality of equipment and facilities across our café locations — from preventative maintenance to hands-on support during new store buildouts. Responsibilities

- Clean and sanitize ice machines and maintain refrigerator and freezer condenser coils.
- Replace water filters and HVAC and mini-split AC filters on a regular schedule.
- Follow maintenance schedules and report early signs of wear or potential equipment failure.
- Assist with minor repairs and basic fixes, escalating larger issues as needed.
- Support troubleshooting before vendor service is required.
- Travel between company locations to complete maintenance visits and inspections.
- Collect maintenance concerns from Store Managers and report findings to the Facilities Director.
- Assist with equipment setup and placement during new store buildouts.
- Support punch-list items and opening preparation for new locations.
- Maintain clean work areas and follow safety procedures at every site.

Knowledge & Experience
\n

- Basic maintenance or facilities experience.
- Comfortable using hand tools and performing physical labor.
- Ability to work outside in all seasons.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Requirements

- Able to take direction as well as work independently.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to communicate clearly.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Availability to travel between multiple business locations.
