What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Complete apartment repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, etc.)</li>
<li>Handle service requests &amp; on-call emergencies</li>
<li>Keep property, buildings, and amenities in top condition</li>
</ul>
What You Need:
<ul>
<li>HVAC experience; EPA certification preferred</li>
<li>High school diploma or GED</li>
<li>Previous maintenance/apartment experience</li>
<li>Reliable transportation &amp; basic tools</li>
<li>Ability to handle physical tasks (lifting, climbing, walking property)</li>
