Security Ambassador
The Security Ambassador is responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment. Primary functions shall include money escorts, routine property patrols, identification verification, and assisting guests and team members as needed.
REQUIRED:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess and maintain a current valid driver’s license.
- Must have one (1) year or more of experience or training in law enforcement, security, or military related field.
- Must be able to pass a departmental math examine.
- Must have a year or more of working experience in fast paced high volume guest service role.
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to display professionalism and provide exceptional guest service to all internal and external guests.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
PREFERRED:
- Prior Security experience in high volume environment.
- Two years of related experience in customer service related field.
Must be flexible to work days, swings, overnights, including weekends and holiday.
