<p>On site supervision/management for Jeffco Development Corp, high end condominium and custom home construction. Qualifications require minimum 5 years site experience, knowledge of management systems notably Builder Trend, interfacing with Owners and Consultants. Job is available beginning May 1, 2026. Salary range 110-130k per year. Other benefits are available.</p>
<p>Projects are custom and no two repeat, thus each day is a wonderful challenge of skills and abilities to bring everyone together to deliver the best possible product possible in today's custom-building standards.</p>
