As our Community Manager, you'll earn $22/hour, with opportunities for extra pay through special projects and committee work. We also offer a $40/month technology allowance and mileage reimbursement for travel expenses.

THE TYPE OF COMMUNITY MANAGER WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience in multi-family property management or related field
- Experience with hand tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Appfolio, and Tenant Tech
- Strong analytical, communication, and customer service skills
- Proven self-management and team-management skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to follow instructions and ask for guidance when needed
WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR COMMUNITY MANAGER
This is a full-time role with a hybrid schedule from Monday to Friday, 8 hours a day. Flexibility is needed to respond to resident needs, including occasional emergencies.
As our hybrid Community Manager, you'll be the primary contact for residents and Community Hosts, overseeing leasing, move-ins, property upkeep, and emergency response. You'll manage turnovers, handle service requests, supervise staff, and ensure residents feel supported. Your role will involve site visits, communication, coordination, and leadership in a company that values your impact.
