Do you love creating fun, meaningful experiences for kids? Join Edina Public Schools as an Enrichment Site Lead and help shape after-school adventures that spark creativity, confidence, and community!
We’re looking for someone who’s positive, dependable, and tech-savvy — someone who enjoys collaborating with staff, families, and community members.
Your Role Will Include:
<ul>
<li>As an Enrichment Site Lead, you’ll plan and lead engaging daily activities that support students’ social, emotional, and cognitive growth.&nbsp;</li>
<li>You’ll work with a team of enrichment leaders to bring programs to life — from hands-on STEM challenges to arts, games, and team-building fun.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Every day is different, full of opportunities to make learning exciting and safe for all students.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma (or equivalent).</li>
<li>At least one year of experience working with children or youth.</li>
<li>Experience using student information systems (Eleyo, Infinite Campus, etc.).</li>
</ul>
Salary and Benefits:
<ul>
<li>$20.16–$25.10 per hour.</li>
</ul>
Location &amp; Shift Times:&nbsp;
<ul>
<li>District Wide</li>
<li>Monday–Friday, 1:30–4:30 PM</li>
