Job DescriptionMaintenance Assistant$750 Sign-On BonusWe are seeking a dependable and motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team immediately. This position is ideal for an individual who can work independently and contribute to maintaining our fleet of vehicles and facility operations with minimal supervision.Position ResponsibilitiesPerform routine maintenance and preventive service on agency vehicles, including cars, vans, and trucks.Assist in diagnosing and repairing vehicle issues to ensure fleet readiness and safety.Complete a variety of facility maintenance tasks, including basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair work.Maintain and repair equipment such as sweepers, lawn mowers, trimmers, and snow blowers.Travel occasionally as needed to support agency operations.Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned.QualificationsValid driver's license required.Must be insurable to operate agency vehicles.Experience in automotive maintenance and repair preferred.Combination of relevant education, training, and hands-on experience will be considered.Ability to work independently and manage a diverse range of maintenance tasks.ScheduleMonday through Thursday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.Occasional Friday hours required.CompensationCompensation is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience.Sign-On Bonus$750 paid after 90 days of employment.How to ApplyTo be considered for this position, applicants must complete an employment application online at:Keystone Blind Association Employment OpportunitiesAn application is required for consideration.Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/M/F/D/V)
