You’ll learn how to identify and connect with high-profile prospects, navigate luxury and high-value transactions, develop a professional network within sports and entertainment communities, and build the credibility needed to grow in this specialized market.

First-year earning potential when goals are met: $200,000+

This is a commission-based real estate opportunity, with earnings based on individual activity, production, and results.

Part-time and full-time opportunities available.
Remote-friendly. No regular office presence required.
No Sports & Entertainment real estate experience required.
Real estate license or active progress toward licensing required.

Compensation:

$125,000 - $225,000 yearly


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients in the sports and entertainment industries.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the luxury real estate market.
  • Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
  • Collaborate with industry professionals to expand your network and enhance client offerings.
  • Utilize market research to stay informed about trends and opportunities in the luxury real estate sector.
  • Negotiate and close high-value transactions with a focus on client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
  • Ensure all client interactions are handled with the utmost discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality at all times.


Qualifications:

  • Real Estate License or in the process of getting one
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients in the sports and entertainment industries.
  • Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the luxury real estate market.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to close high-value transactions while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to provide expert guidance and advice to clients.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with industry professionals to expand your network and enhance client offerings.
  • Proficiency in utilizing market research to stay informed about trends and opportunities in the luxury real estate sector is a plus.
