Part-Time Grounds Maintenance & Cleanup Team Member
Tanque Verde Flea Market is Southern Arizona’s largest outdoor market, welcoming thousands of vendors and guests each week. We are looking for hardworking, dependable individuals to join our Grounds Maintenance Team and help keep the market clean, safe, and welcoming.
This is a part-time, hands-on position that is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a team. The Grounds Maintenance Keeper plays an important role in supporting daily market operations and maintaining a positive experience for our vendors and guests.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness of the market property by removing trash and debris
- Place and distribute dumpsters and trash containers throughout the market
- Deliver dumpsters to vendors and ensure they are properly positioned
- Empty, clean, and maintain dumpsters and waste containers
- Perform minor repairs to dumpster lids, wheels, and related components
- Keep compactor and waste-disposal areas clean, safe, and organized
- Assist with cleaning common areas and other market facilities as needed
- Support parking lot maintenance, including painting lines and vendor space numbers
- Safely operate tools and equipment while following company safety procedures
- Complete daily task reports and other required documentation
- Assist with special events, operational projects, and market setup or cleanup
- Perform additional duties as assigned

- Willingness to learn and take on different responsibilities
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance, janitorial work, facilities maintenance, warehouse operations, landscaping, or general labor is preferred
- Basic mechanical, maintenance, or repair skills are a plus
