Leasing Consultant – Syracuse, UT
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Location: Syracuse, UT
Hourly Pay: $18.00 per hour
Career Strategies is seeking a professional and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to assist an apartment community in Syracuse, Utah. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and previous leasing, property management, sales, or customer service experience.
Responsibilities:
- Greet prospective and current residents professionally
- Answer incoming calls and respond to leasing inquiries
- Conduct apartment and community tours
- Follow up with prospective residents and assist with the leasing process
- Process applications and leasing paperwork
- Assist residents with general questions and requests
- Maintain organized resident and prospect records
- Provide general administrative support to the property management team
- Help maintain a professional and welcoming leasing office
Qualifications:
- Previous apartment leasing/property management experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Sales-oriented and comfortable interacting with prospective residents
- Professional, dependable, and organized
- Comfortable using computers and learning property management software
- Valid driver's license or ID and reliable transportation
