Role Description This full-time, on-site Maintenance Technician role is based in Boynton Beach, FL. The Maintenance Technician will perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs throughout the facility and related building systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. Day-to-day responsibilities may include painting, pressure washing, general cleaning, keeping parking lot debris free, dealing with other vendors, and coordinating timely repairs to minimize downtime. The role also involves maintaining accurate maintenance records, monitoring inventory of parts and tools, and supporting industrial maintenance activities in commercial facilities. The Maintenance Technician will work closely with operations staff to prioritize service needs, follow safety protocols, and contribute to a clean, organized, and reliable work environment.

- Candidates should possess strong Equipment Maintenance and Industrial Maintenance skills.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair skills to diagnose issues and perform effective corrective work.
- Candidates should possess Preventive Maintenance skills to plan and complete regular service that reduces equipment failures.
- Knowledge of and ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Ability to read and follow technical manuals, work orders, and safety procedures.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable work ethic, ability to work on-site, and willingness to respond to occasional urgent maintenance requests.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience as a maintenance technician in commercial or industrial settings is preferred.
