Floor Manager (Facilities) Requirements/Responsibilities:

<li>Strong attention to detail: Ensures the property is pristine and well-maintained</li>
<li>Coordinates maintenance staff and cleaning teams (team of 15-20)</li>
<li>Responsible for ordering supplies and managing facilities projects</li>
<li>Ensures water temperature, lighting, laundry, and overall cleanliness meet high standards</li>
<li>Experience in hospitality facility management or general maintenance oversight</li>
