Metro Welding Supply Corporation is seeking a dependable, hardworking Janitorial & Facility Cleaning Associate to help maintain a clean, safe, and professional environment across our office and warehouse facilities.

This position is responsible for cleaning front office areas, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces, and assisting with general warehouse clean-up and facility organization as needed.

Key Responsibilities


Clean and maintain office areas, breakrooms, restrooms, and common areas
Empty trash and recycling containers
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust throughout the facility
Maintain cleaning supplies and notify management when restocking is needed
Assist with warehouse clean-up and general housekeeping
Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Follow company safety procedures and cleaning standards

Qualifications


Prior janitorial or cleaning experience preferred
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and stay organized
Ability to lift and move cleaning supplies and equipment
Ability to perform physical work throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
