As a Dual Site Leasing Sales Specialist, you will lead the sales and leasing function across two 55+ Active Adult communities in the Katy, TX area. Reporting to the Community Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to help drive occupancy, deliver an exceptional prospect experience, and contribute to a vibrant community environment.
Hours
Tuesday–Saturday schedule.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and/or holidays may be required based on business needs.
What You'll Do

Lead the community's marketing, leasing, and sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue goals by providing a high-quality prospect experience, including qualifying and nurturing leads, conducting impactful tours, and providing thoughtful follow-up.

Execute outreach marketing and community events to generate new leads and drive traffic.

Manage community social media accounts to promote the resident lifestyle and community experience.

Qualify prospects and conduct tours by establishing strong relationships and understanding their expectations, needs, and preferences.

Maintain a strong understanding of local competitors and the community's unique differentiators and value proposition.

Utilize CRM software to document and respond to leads in a timely manner, including personalized follow-up designed to nurture relationships and increase prospect interest.

Use Yardi or other property management software to monitor apartment availability, qualify prospects, and manage leasing activity.

Ensure the community meets established standards for show quality by conducting daily inspections and communicating maintenance needs to the appropriate team members.

Prepare the leasing office for daily activities and assist with day-to-day operations to support the community team.

Support community member satisfaction and retention by providing exemplary service and helping execute lifestyle and engagement programs.

Assist with sales and community events, including setup, teardown, and encouraging participation.

Provide hospitable, high-quality service to ensure a memorable experience for prospects, residents, and guests.

Following community stabilization, responsibilities may expand to include:

Participating in monthly planning sessions with regional lifestyle and engagement leadership.

Expanded event coordination responsibilities, including community and sales event setup and teardown.

Organizing event supplies and coordinating with onsite vendors.
Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver's license.

Minimum of 3+ years of professional sales experience.

Experience with lease-up properties, multifamily housing, Active Adult communities, or hospitality preferred.

Experience using Yardi or other property management software preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Proactive approach to outreach marketing, including networking, attending events, and social media management.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build collaborative relationships.

Reliable transportation and flexibility to work a regular Tuesday–Saturday schedule, including evenings, weekends, and/or holidays when required.

Ability to access all interior and exterior areas of the property and amenities.

Ability to push, pull, lift, carry, or maneuver up to 20 pounds independently and up to 50 pounds with assistance.
