Commercial Real Estate Servicing Analyst

We are representing an established investment and lending firm seeking an experienced analyst to support the financial oversight, servicing, and management of a diversified commercial real estate loan portfolio.

This role combines financial analysis, portfolio monitoring, loan administration, and asset management support.
\n
Key Responsibilities:
\n
- \n
- Analyze borrower financial statements, rent rolls, property cash flows, and operating performance.
- Monitor portfolio performance, including DSCR, debt yield, occupancy, and leverage.
- Oversee loan servicing activities, including escrows, reserves, payments, and borrower requests.
- Monitor loan covenants, compliance requirements, and emerging portfolio risks.
- Coordinate loan modifications, payoffs, and other servicing transactions.
- Prepare portfolio analysis, management reports, and investor reporting.

Qualifications:
\n

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance, lending, loan servicing, or asset management.
- Strong financial analysis skills and understanding of commercial loan documentation.
- Advanced Excel proficiency; experience with FICS or similar servicing platforms preferred.
- Exposure to CMBS, agency, bank, or institutional CRE loan portfolios advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.
